- Ford revealed a pair of Bronco project cars based on the Bronco Badlands trim to showcase the model’s customizability.
- The first is the four-door Bronco Off-Roadeo: Arches Project Vehicle that Ford says was built as an all-arounder for touring Moab’s trails.
- The second is a more aggressive two-door model called the Bronco Off-Roadeo: Cliffhanger Project Vehicle, which is set up for more technical trails.
Stock vehicles are nice, but automakers know that even if their product can handle the most grueling trails, the off-roading enthusiasts who buy them are still going to build their own rig. Because of that, Ford decided to build two prototype models based on the 2025 Bronco Badlands to showcase just how customizable the model is.

The first of these one-off models is the more reserved of the two. It’s called the Bronco Off-Roadeo: Arches Project Vehicle in a nod to the red rock arches in Moab, Utah, and Arches National Park. It rides on a set of 37-inch-tall BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KDR2+ tires. There’s a Warn winch mounted to the front, with auxiliary lights mounted near the mirrors and a light bar attached to the top of the windshield. Ford describes it as the “ultimate all-around option for taking you and four friends around Moab’s grueling trails.”

The second model is where things get interesting. It’s a two-door configuration that Ford calls the Bronco Off-Roadeo: Cliffhanger Project Vehicle. It’s got the same Warn winch and light bar setup at the front, but instead of those DOT-compliant KDR2+ tires found on the first model, the Cliffhanger gets a monstrously large set of 40-inch-tall BFGoodrich Baja T/A Evo 3.0S racing tires. The stock suspension was ditched in favor of a set of Fox Live Valve dampers. Custom fender flares, reminiscent of those found on the Bronco Raptor, boost the Cliffhanger’s curb appeal.

Both Bronco models wear a reddish, clay-colored wrap with Code Orange accents. Each model is littered with Easter eggs, such as petroglyphs found in the Moab area and GPS coordinates for specific trails. As far as we know, Ford isn’t planning on selling either model, but they’ll be on display at Ford’s booth at the Bronco Stampede in Moab this week
